Welcome to the living temple of practice.
A place for movement, breath, sound, and embodied stillness.
For seekers, creators, and everyday humans who long to move from depth, live with intention, and remember their radiance.

Classes
Reset. Restore. Rewire. through breath, movement, and mantra.
Designed for modern nervous systems, this class helps release tension, strengthen resilience, and cultivate inner peace. We move through accessible kundalini sequences and meditations that guide the mind from chaos to clarity, grounding your creative and emotional flow.
Class is 60 minutes long, but students are encouraged to stay afterwards for yogi tea and conversation.
Step into a sacred soundscape where breath meets vibration, and rest becomes revelation.
Each session begins with gentle, intentional movement to prepare the body, followed by guided pranayama to anchor the mind and soften the edges of the day.
From there, you are guided into Yoga Nidra—a deep, spacious state between wakefulness and sleep. While you rest in this fertile stillness, you’ll be enveloped in a live sound journey:
the galactic resonance of a 32” symphonic gong,
the delicate melodies of Koshi elemental chimes,
the shimmer of sonic tubes,
and the crystalline tones of singing bowls.

My story, woven with yours.
My name is Kristina. Many call me Kris, and a few still call me Lugo. I’m blessed to be called mom. I was gifted the name Seema Dasjeet, which I use when I’m in service. The name is a reminder that God blessed me and it’s my duty to share my gifts.
Illumine Temple is a living space of practice. Each session is a dialogue between movement and stillness, breath and sound, discipline and softness. A temple to live the full range of human experience with grace and awareness.
Through Kundalini yoga, sound, and divination (aka soul work), I help you remember the wisdom already living inside you. Together we regulate the nervous system, open the heart, and awaken creative energy so your life begins to move with more flow, focus, and devotion.
I’ve spent years bridging the visible and invisible worlds in my life: corporate structure and spiritual practice, discipline and devotion. My own journey through both painfully uncomfortable and liberating transformation has taught me that healing isn’t a single event; it’s a practice of remembering, again and again, that we are whole.
Every offering I share is an invitation for you to remember that, too.
Join me in practice and discover what remembering feels like.
